Twenty-nine pounds a month, per till, excluding VAT. There is no tier above it and nothing is held back.
Hardware is separate. The till, the printers and the cash drawer are quoted for the counter you actually have, and you are welcome to buy them elsewhere.
The two services still in development will be priced when they are finished.

All prices exclude VAT. Each additional till needs its own licence at the same price. Hardware is quoted separately and is not sold as part of the subscription.
The money questions
What owners ask before they ask anything else.
Why only one plan?
Tiers exist so that the thing you need is in the one above the one you bought. A takeaway needs the whole till on the first Friday, so there is one plan and it has everything in it.
Is there a contract?
Talk to us about the term when you book a demonstration. What matters either way is that your records are files on your own computer, so leaving never means losing them.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your records stay yours. They are written as CSV and JSON on your machine every night and they open in Excel without us. We hold no copy to withhold.
Do I need new hardware?
Often not. AlphaTill runs on an ordinary Windows computer and speaks to most thermal receipt printers and cash drawers. Tell us what is on your counter and we will tell you honestly whether it will do.
What does a second till cost?
£29 a month, the same as the first. A licence covers one till and is tied to that machine.
What will ordering and bookings cost?
We do not know yet, and we would rather say that than publish a number we have to change. Both are in development. Register interest and you will hear from us when there is a real price and a real date.
