Take the payment and both print themselves. Tickets are sent to the printer in its own language rather than as a picture drawn by Windows, which is why they appear instantly instead of after a pause.

Your menu, your takings and your customers live in a file on your own computer. We have no copy and cannot get one. Every day is written out for the accountant, and the optional backup goes to your Google Drive — your account.
